OROYA AROUND THE WORLD

I will bring OROYA to California - Corte Madera - from October 1 to November 30, 2008. I will provide individual consultations and present seminaries, workshops, and experiences. You may get in contact with me via e-mail to either babygarroux2@yahoo.com.br or babygarroux@uol.com.br.

Once again I am going into another shamanic journey in California, taking the color and power from my land for the integration with the Acoma Pueblo dos Navaho's sacred land. We will experience the earth's medicine, honored ancestral knowledge for all those who experience the initiation. The “knowledge” is for anyone, but “wisdom” is for a few. I think it is important to promote the journey as knowledge and practice. It is like digging for gold! Among the knowledge seekers a gold nugget always comes up which will make the world brighter. The Shamanism as the most ancient spiritual practice of the mankind has as foundation for its practices the respect for the ecology, the acknowledgement from the Sacred, the need to expand the conscience and obtain answers in parallel worlds, and the practice of the unconditional love. Its practices establish contact with other conscience planes in order to obtain knowledge, power, balance, and health. It provides tranquility, peace, deep concentration, and stimulates the physical, physiological and spiritual well-being. The paths to shamanism are spiritual.

The shamanic practice consists of the ability to enter and leave the states of conscience, and non-ordinary realities. The altered states of the conscience do not involve only the trance but the ability to travel into the uncommon reality with the goal to find animal spirits, plants, mentors, obtain insights, promoting cures, oracles. Through these states, we can connect to our myths, symbols, and our inner truth. We can expand the perception to mysteries that are kept inside ourselves. We learn to feel, see and hear the energy. We reconnect with the Sacred and with the creative source of everything that happens to us.

Through the ordinary conscience we can't reach deep levels of our being. There are many techniques or rituals to get into deeper states of the conscience, such as drums, dances, fasting, power plants, breathing, body postures, and others. I am coming with my sacred drum to ask for peace. The journey starts on October 1 and I will travel to many cities as I always do. My safe harbor is in Corte Madera where I provide private consultations to any path seeker who wants to learn more through the views and expands its conscience.
